About Us
The purpose of RSA shall be to teach and educate youth in the rules, laws, skills, and fundamentals of soccer; to promote, develop, control and regulate amateur and youth soccer; and to govern league and tournament play within RSA. To this end RSA shall do any and all acts desirable in the furtherance of the foregoing purpose.

AFFILIATION
RSA shall comply with the authority of the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA), and thereby shall be an affiliate of and comply also with the authority of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) as administered by its Youth Division, the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), and the Federation International Football Association (F.I.F.A.)
Membership.
The head coach (non-paid) or the duly appointed representative of each team participating in RSA organized play plus the duly elected officers and commissioners shall contitute the general board of RSA and shall be entitled to one vote on all matters brought before RSA. However, no indvidual shall be entitled to more than one vote regardless of the number of voting positions held.
Election of Officers.
1. Officers shall be elected by majority vote of the general membership at the Association's annual meeting.
2. All officers shall be elected for a two-year term and shall not be restricted to a singel term of office.
3. Candidates for Executive Board may be nominated by any voting member of the Association.
4. The Vice President of Recreational Soccer, Vice President of Select, Treasurer, Director of Referees and Registrat shall be elected in odd numbered years.
