Emily Marsh

I began playing rec soccer at the age of 6 in New Orleans. I played for Collierville High School from'92-'95 and was named MVP Defense my sophomore-through senior years. I was named to the second team all district in my sophomore year and the first team all district my junior and senior years.

I was a scholarship player at Tennessee Tech University from '96-'99 and was a member of the Ohio Valley Conference championship team in '98.

I currently play in adult leagues at Camp Jordan and Chattanooga Sports Complex. I have a USSF "D" License. I coached the '94 Lady Generals from U10s through U12s. In 2005 we placed second in the Cahaba Cup and in the Redoubt Invitational. In 2006 we received the sportsmanship award at the Cahaba Cup and finished first in the Redoubt Invitational.

I currently coach the '97 Lady Generals, a team that started at U10. Last year we were the undefeated champions for the indoor season at Chattanooga Sports Complex, placed second in the East Ridge Spring Fling and placed second in the East Tennessee Youth Soccer League during the spring season.

While winning awards is fun, my primary focus as a youth coach is on developing players, both technically and tactically, for success on the field.

Technical Director: "Coach Marsh is one of our younger coaches that brings a lot of professionalism to our club. She is developing into a good coach for our club and we are proud to have her with us and look for great things in the future from her"
